The story of
Triibe

2024

For years, Jack worked as a technical architect, designing technology for banks and government organisations.

He loved technology, but outside of work he discovered something completely different: yoga.

What started as something he did for himself quickly became a big part of his life. He loved the practice, the people and, most importantly, the community that came with it.

Eventually, Jack started thinking about doing something of his own.

He began looking at opening a studio.

And that's where the idea for Triibe started.

The Problem

As Jack started researching what he would need to run a studio, he came across plenty of booking and studio management platforms.

But something didn't quite add up.

The software was often expensive. You needed to sit through demos and meetings before you could properly try it. Some platforms were complicated to set up. And many simply weren't designed around the way modern instructors and studios actually wanted to work.

For someone starting a new studio, it felt like there should be a simpler option.

So Jack decided:

He would build his own.

With a background in technology and architecture, he knew how to build software. And through yoga and Pilates, he knew the people he wanted to build it for.

Jack started working with his partner and instructor friends, listening to what they actually needed and turning those conversations into the first version of Triibe.

From booking software to something more

At first, Triibe was simply about making studio management easier.

But the more Jack and the team talked to instructors, the more they realised there was a bigger opportunity.

Yoga and Pilates aren't just classes you book.

They're communities.

Instructors build relationships with the people who come to their classes. Studios become places where people know each other. And increasingly, instructors are creating content, programmes and communities beyond the studio itself.

They wanted to bring all of that together.

So Triibe became more than booking software.

It became a community platform built specifically for Yoga, Pilates & Reformer.

A place where instructors can create and share content, build memberships, connect with their community and grow what they do.

A place where studios can manage their classes, memberships and members without needing a collection of different tools.

And a place where members can discover instructors, studios, classes and content - and feel part of something bigger.

Today

Triibe brings the world of Yoga, Pilates and Reformer together in one place.

For instructors, it's a place to build your community and turn what you love into a sustainable business.

For studios, it's the tools to manage the day-to-day while giving your members somewhere to stay connected.

And for members, it's a place to discover, follow, book, practise and connect.

Jack and the team are building Triibe with the people who actually use it.

That means listening to instructors. Learning from studios. Watching how members use the platform. And constantly asking one question:

How can Triibe make this better?

What's Next

Jack and the team believe the future of wellness is more connected.

Not another app that simply helps you book a class.

Not another platform that puts a barrier between instructors and the people they teach.

A community.

A place where your favourite instructor, your local studio, your classes, your content and the people you practise with can all exist together.

That's the Triibe they're building.

Yoga, Pilates & Reformer. All in one community.

And they're only just getting started.

Triibe's community

Yoga, Pilates & Reformer instructors, studios and members.

Triibe's mission

To bring the Yoga, Pilates & Reformer community together in one place.

Where Triibe is going

Jack and the team are building Triibe alongside the instructors and studios who use it. By listening to what people actually need, they are shaping a platform that truly serves the wellness community.

More about Triibe

Triibe is a community platform built specifically for Yoga, Pilates and Reformer instructors, studios and members, combining class bookings, memberships, online content, payments and community in one platform.

Who created Triibe?

Jack worked as a technical architect designing technology for banks and government organisations. Exploring the idea of opening a studio led him to build Triibe with his partner and instructor friends, listening to what they needed.

What problem does Triibe solve?

Running a teaching business or studio can mean using separate tools for bookings, payments, memberships, content and communication. Triibe brings those activities together while keeping community central.

Who is Triibe designed for?

Independent instructors, studios and members in Yoga, Pilates and Reformer. Each has a different way to take part, from managing a timetable to discovering a teacher or practising with online programmes.

How does Triibe work?

Instructors and studios create profiles and publish classes, memberships or online content. Members discover them, follow updates, book available classes and purchase access according to the terms of each offering.

What makes Triibe different?

Triibe's primary identity is a community platform for three specific disciplines, not just a standalone booking tool. It connects independent instructors, studios and members around both in-person classes and online teaching.
